Supported Living

ABOUT US

GreenLine HealtCare Group are a CQC registered provider assisting local authorities, social workers, carers and other professionals with supported living accommodation for young people aged 16 years plus and vulnerable adults aged 18 years and above. We want all who come to stay with us to find it a positive and rewarding experience in their lives and offer a person-centred service with an emphasis on enabling service users with special needs such as Autism (including moderate functioning and learning disabilities, mental health, cognitive impairment or those who have challenging behaviour.

At GreenLine Supported Living we believe an effective pathway to outcomes is helped by using what we call the star recovery model. We use the star recovery model as a positive approach to supporting individuals on their journey to achieving the best possible outcomes. We believe everyone deserves to be happy and a chance to get off to the best possible start in life regardless of the barriers and challenges they face. GreenLine Healthcare’s specialise in providing care and support services to those who are needing one to one support or just a helping hand to live their lives as independently as possible within the community while building positive futures. We have two locations where we provide trusted supported living services to those with various challenges along with fully trained and skilled staffed teams who are on hand 24/7.

ACT WITH INTEGRITY

Our staff recognise the importance of treating each person as an individual with a range of unique aspirations or interests. We work hard to ensure we protect the dignity of those in our care and enhance the quality of life for our residents. We will help assist those in our care to achieve their aims and goals by developing a personalised care plan and working with the service towards positive pathways and outcomes.

We offer supported living services from two central locations, welcoming people from diverse religious, ethnic, cultural and sexual backgrounds, including young people who are of Refugee status and unaccompanied minors. We understand that some of those who come to us may have experienced difficult and challenging times, which can often lead to low self-esteem and social exclusion. We encourage residents to take part in group discussions and activities to help develop their social skills through the group living experience which helps to make them feel part of the group and build on their own experiences.

WORKING WITH OTHERS

OUR PREMISES

Maya House provides a service for people aged between 16-25 years of age who have been diagnosed with having learning disabilities, autism, and or other challenging behaviours. Our other residence at Marvline House provides a service for those aged 18 years and above and deals with more complex cases such as those diagnosed with Mental Health and Learning Disabilities. We understand that some of our service users have had a challenging time. For this reason, we work hard to ensure we provide culturally sensitive environments that will help them thrive and address any issues they may have. The living accommodations are manned 24 hours a day, and all staff have been fully trained, and criminal record (DBS) checked. We work hard to protect the dignity of those receiving care and aim to enhance the quality of life for all our residents during their stay with us.
